Balkan Sausages (Chevap-chi-chi)
Traditionally Balkan Sausages are served with paprika, chopped onion and chilli flakes on the side.
You can use them the same way as chorizos', stirred through pasta or even sliced and used as a pizza ingredient.
They also go well with tzatziki, crusty bread and salad.
Persian Chicken Bites
These delightfully light and tasty balls work well tossed through a garden or rocket salad with a citrus dressing.
Serve with cous cous or on crusty bread with a herb and lemon sauce.
