From the former republic of Yugoslavia and still enjoyed in homes and cafes throughout the region, these ready to eat sausages are made with yearling beef and pork. Infused with herbs and carrying a subtle garlic undertone, Balkan sausages (Chevap-chi-chi) are traditionally served with paprika and finely chopped onion.
