Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
This dark and rich vinegar is ideal as a salad dressing or used as a dipper with fresh bread and olive oil.  Try drizzling it over a robust omelette, pasta or over bbq'd onions half way through cooking...you won't be disappointed!

Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette
This classic style vinaigrette is an ideal accompaniment to leafy salads, drizzled over roast vegetables or used to sear mushrooms to enhance their flavour.  Beautiful tossed through pasta or over steamed rice.

French White Wine Vinaigrette
A simple vinaigrette which works well over a fresh garden salad or coleslaw.  The slightly citrus undertones make it a perfect dressing for a wild rice salad or you can try it drizzled over poached fish or chicken.
